    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Hi, i’m Gabby, the founder of Dynamics. My background is in dancing as I have always had a love for movement. Whilst I was dancing, I faced a major setback when I was diagnosed with scoliosis. Pilates came to my rescue as a form of rehabilitation. With its focus on stretching and strengthening, my body greatly benefited from it and I fell in love with the practice. What I appreciate most about Pilates is how it addresses the entire body in one session, leaving you feeling completely worked out and balanced. This has inspired me to share it with others which is how Dynamic Pilates Studio was born.

    Seeing my clients recognise the movement of their bodies and discovering their true capabilities is what drives me. It's a joy to be part of their experience and witness how Pilates challenges both their bodies and minds.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Shae's passion for Pilates has been burning bright for over five years now. As a devoted Pilates instructor, she takes immense pride in observing her clients' progress in strength and mobility when they commit to a regular Pilates practice. The results are truly remarkable, and Shae is thrilled to be a part of the journey to reach their fitness goals.

    Pilates is a beautiful modality that helps establish a Mind-Body connection, which is something Shae feels very strongly about. She believes that the connection between the mind and body is essential to achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

  • Kim

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Kim has been a dedicated Pilates enthusiast for many years, but took a break to raise her two lovely children. However, after an injury, she rediscovered her love for Pilates two years ago and recognised the immense benefits it can have on one's body.

    Kim is a multi-talented individual who, in addition to teaching and practicing Pilates, excels at being a supermom to her lovely daughters, Savannah and Celeste. She has a passion for singing, dancing, writing, live music, and beach volleyball, showcasing her diverse range of skills and interests.
